Whether you live on campus or off, DSU Support Desk & Repair Center is your place for technology assistance. DSU’s Support Desk & Repair Center is located in Karl Mundt Library (1st Floor). Our mission is providing effective resolutions to daily challenges, enhance productivity, and empower our students, faculty and staff by making information technology accessible. DSU’s Support Desk and Repair Center provides a single contact for students, faculty and staff to ask questions and report problems with supported software, assigned hardware and networking issues. Support Desk staff will attempt to resolve reported issues, assist the user in maximizing their use of applications and hardware, and escalate issues to IT staff when necessary.

During Academic Year (Aug-May):
Monday - Friday
8:00 am to 4:00pm
During Summer Break:
Monday - Friday
7:30am to 4:00pm
