Issue/Question

Overview

DSU provides networked campus printer across the academic buildings and residence halls for student use.

Environment

Resolution

Before you begin: Make sure you are connected to the GoTrojans wireless network.

Windows

Navigate to https://dsu-print-01.dsu.local:9164/setup and click the link to download and run the Mobility Print installer.
Run the Mobility Print installer after it downloads and choose the language of choice and click OK.
Accept agreement and click Next.
Uncheck top printer (BH-Copier [Beadle Hall Copier]) unless you intend to map it. Choose all other printers to be mapped and click Next.
Enter your DSU credentials and click Next, then Finished.

You are now ready to print.

Mac OS

From your System Preferences, select Printers & Scanners. If you are using an older operating system you may see Print & Fax.
Once selected, click the + symbol below the printer’s menu.
From here you will see the printers on campus. Select the printer desired and click Add.

You are now ready to print.
