I received a new phone number, how do I deactivate old one and add new in DUO?
This article will help users change Duo MFA settings and manage or add devices.

Access the DUO Device Management Console:
Navigate to DSU Account Management tool and login using your DSU credentials.
Under your profile, Security section, Multi-Factor Authentication and click Manage.
To Manage Devices:
From the My Devices & Settings box, click the Add a new device link.
Choose an option from the What type of device are you adding?
Enter your new number
Choose an option from the What type of phone are you adding?
Click Continue.
