Duo: Manage Devices

• I received a new phone number, how do I deactivate old one and add new in DUO?

This article will help users change Duo MFA settings and manage or add devices.

Access the DUO Device Management Console:

1. Navigate to DSU Account Management tool and login using your DSU credentials.

2. Under your profile, Security section, Multi-Factor Authentication and click Manage.

To Manage Devices:

1. From the My Devices & Settings box, click the Add a new device link.

   • Choose an option from the  What type of device are you adding?

   • Enter your new number

   • Choose an option from the What type of phone are you adding?

   • Click Continue.

   • Scan bar code to complete setup.
