Overview

Students can use the form attached to this article to ask that their grade be reviewed and changed, if possible.

Instructions

Click "Grade Appeal.PDF" from Attachments (1) section on this page to download. 

  • Edit/Complete the fillable PDF form and sign.
  • Forward form for required signatures.
  • When completed, the student will be notified of the outcome.
