Disabling and Enabling Wifi Adapter:
1. On the Windows device, navigate to network 'settings' and turn Wi-Fi off and back on: Start -> Settings -> Network & internet -> Wi-Fi -> Off/On
2. Try connecting again



Forgetting GoTrojans:
1. If the previous step did not resolve the issue, Navigate to 'Manage known networks' in the settings and forget the GoTrojans Wifi: Start -> Settings -> Network & internet -> Wi-Fi -> Manage known networks -> GoTrojans Forget
2. Try Connecting to GoTrojans again, and you should have to input your username (first.last@trojans.dsu.edu) and password.
