What is Learning Design?

Learning Design is a reflective practice that involves understanding the dynamics of teaching and learning with a strategic and systematic approach to developing curriculum and instructional practices that enhance student learning and engagement. It is the intentional and deliberate planning of your course that is valuable to your learners, gets them the knowledge and skills they require, and is an engaging and enriching experience.

Write clear, concise, and measurable learning objectives.

Achieve alignment with how you measure each learning objective through assessments and supported by the content.
