Accounts & Passwords

Password resets and troubleshooting for DSU Network accounts and SDBoR BORIS accounts. These two account types ensures that each person has a unique set of credentials to gain access to numerous University systems.

Your BORIS account will give you access to MyDSU Portal, WebAdvisor, Desire2Learn (D2L), Starfish. NOTE: ON DECEMBER 27TH THERE WILL BE A NEW LOGIN METHOD FOR D2L. USERS CAN USE THEIR DSU EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD.

Your DSU Network account will give you access to DSU's campus network (including dorms), your DSU eMail account, GoTrojans wireless network, and access to campus printing.

Campus Emergency Alert System

Dakota State University participates in the SDBoR Campus Alert System. The Everbridge Mass Notification (MN) Campus Alert System is a system selected application to provide emergency alert notifications to active members (i.e. students, faculty, staff, and non-employee staff that report regularly to a university location).
