D2L Mobile Access for iPad, iPhone, Android and other non-tablet devices

Primarily designed with students in mind, the D2L Mobile view provides read-only access to course News, Content items, and Grades. When logging in to D2L on a non-tablet mobile device (e.g., iPod, iPhone, Android, or Blackberry), D2L automatically redirects the session to the mobile view. Here users can:

·         See global and course-specific news items

·         View list of enrolled courses

·         View course Content topics

·         View course events (if the D2L Calendar is being used)

·         Check grades

Limitations
Instructors cannot edit or administer their D2L course sites through the Mobile view. Although more features may available in the future, the following features are not currently available on the mobile site, for either instructors or students:

·         Dropbox

·         Chat

·         Classlist

·         Course

·         Mail

·         Groups

·         Quizzes

Troubleshooting:

If you are still unable to get your device to connect, please contact the ITS Support Desk.
