If you are unable to set up or access your Dakota State University (DSU) account, you can report the issue to the Information Technology Services (ITS) Support Desk.

How to Request This Service
- Select the Report Account Issue button on the right side of this service page.
- Submit a ticket to the ITS Support Desk.
Account Information
DSU Network Account: Your DSU Network Account provides access to many university services.
Examples of services that use your DSU Network Account include:
- D2L
- Student Self-Service
- Webmail and Outlook
- Office 365
- Wireless network access
- Printing
- PCL Lab
- Personal web space
Important Information
To help keep your DSU account secure, use a unique password that you do not use for any other account.
