Problem: Student can't see course in D2L
Steps to activate a course in D2L
To activate your course in D2L, follow the steps below
- Navigate to the course home page within D2L
- Click "Edit Course" on the right side of the navigation bar
- Click "Course Offering Information" You should find this link towards the top of the page in the center column
- Scroll to about the middle of the page, you'll see a black bold header, "Active" and a check box "Course is active"
- Click the box, then save, and your students will be able to see your course on their home page.
Deactivate a course
- Do not deactivate a course. Courses will automatically deactivate upon the end date set in Banner.
