Issue/Question
Overview
When using the Mobility App to map your printers by default the installed printer driver is PaperCut Global PostScript. This is a universal driver that covers most printers but can also limit some of the functionality of the printer by not using the manufacturers printer driver. The steps below will show how to change the printer driver to achieve full functionality.

Resolution
Before you begin: Make sure that you have the printer mapped having used the Mobility App.
- Click the Windows icon on the lower left part of the screen and search for Printers & Scanners.
- Click the printer that needs the driver changed on and choose Manage.
- Click Printer Properties.
- Along the top choose the Advanced tab.
- In the Driver drop down box choose the driver that matches the printer you are working with, click Apply and you are finished. If the driver is not listed leave this windows open and proceed to step 6.

- Go back to the Advanced tab in Printer Properties and choose New Driver, then click Next.
- Choose Have Disk, then Browse. From the Look in: drop down navigate to the following location based on printer manufacturer
