TDX - Favorite a Service or Knowlege Base Article

Issue/Question

  • How do I favorite a knowledge base article or service?

 

Overview

Articles and services you frequently use can be favorited and saved to your account for quick access.

 

Environment

  • Team Dynamix

 

Resolution

  1. Make sure you are signed into the support site. By clicking "sign in" in the upper right corner of the page. If you are signed in you will see your name.

  2. Navigate to an article or service you would like to favorite.

  3. Click the "Add to Favorites" button the right side. The article is now saved to your favorites.

Accessing Your Favorites

Option 1: Home Page - Quick Tabs

  1.  To access your favorite articles and services navigate to the home page and click "my stuff" from the quick tabs.

  2. Then click either "Favorite Articles" or "Favorite Services"

Option 2: Main Menu

  1. Click either Knowledge Base or Services from the main menu at the top of the page.
  2. A submenu will appear with the option of "My Favorites"
