How do I reserve a room for an event?
25Live is DSU's room reservation system. You can check room availability and reserve a room.

Log into 25Live with your DSU credentials at rooms.sdbor.edu
Click "Create Event" to start from scratch or use one of the "Find Available Locations Options."

Fill in the required fields with your event information. Click the information icon 🛈 next to the field for an explanation.
The Calendar Title, Event Description, and Date and Time will be used on the DSU Event Calendar. Be sure to proof read and check for accuracy.
Expand the "Additional Time" option to add any time for setup or take down. This reserves the room for the additional time while keeping the DSU events calendar start/end times accurate.
Use "Repeating Pattern" if your event has multiple occurrences.
You can edit the start and end times individually for each repeated event by clicking "View All Occurrences"
Search for a location for your event. When searching for a location, add a "D" in front of of the building acronym. Ex. for the TCB search "DTCB"
Click request next to the available room.
Click Save to finalize your request.
Lastly you will be prompted to choose to select if your event is a DSU Event or DSU Private
DSU Event - Will be published publicly on the DSU Events Calendar. Use this for events that are open for people to attend.
DSU Private - Will not be published on the DSU Events Calendar. Use this for private events that are open to only certain people.
