Resolution

Google Chrome

Follow the official steps from Google for clearing cache & cookies
Alternatively, you can press the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE keys at the same time
Select All Time from the Time range list
Cached images and files
Cookies and other site data
Click Clear data
Close and reopen Chrome

Microsoft Edge

Follow the official steps from Microsoft for clearing cache & cookies
Alternatively, you can press the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE keys at the same time
Select All Time from the Time range list
Cached images and files
Cookies and other site data
Click Clear now
Close and reopen Edge

Mozilla Firefox

Follow the official steps from Mozilla for clearing the cache and clearing the cookies & site data
Alternatively, you can press the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE keys at the same time
Select Everything from the Time range to clear list
Cache
Cookies
Click OK
Close and reopen Firefox

Open Safari
Click on Safari next to the logo
Select all history
Click Clear History
Close and reopen Safari
