Trojan Card Security

Issue/Question
  • I have lost my Trojan Card, how do I report this?

  • How do I deactivate my lost or stolen Trojan Card?

Overview

In the event that your card is lost or stolen, you need to immediately notify the Card Services or you can log into your account on the online Accounts service to deactivate your card on your own.  Doing this will prevent anyone that finds it from purchasing items from vending machines and laundry.

Environment

  • Trojan Card

Resolution

Once your card is deactivated, it cannot be used for any type of purchase.  It will remain this way until you either find your card and reactivate it in our office or on your own, or you get a replacement card in which case a replacement will deactivate your old card completely.
