Enrollment Verification
Overview:
Dakota State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. This service is free to DSU students who access Clearinghouse MyHub for enrollment verification.
For Currently Enrolled Students (not employed with SD Board of Regents)
For current semester enrollment verification before the posted census date, contact the Registrar's Office.
7-10 days after census, you can access an enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse MyHub portal.
To log in go to MyDSU.DSU.EDU
Select "LOGIN TO SNAP FOR STUDENTS"
Locate the My Academic Information box
Select Enrollment Verification/Certificate
Locate Dakota State University
Select Log into MyHub
Follow the prompts from MyHub
Once you have been logged in, you should be able to see the MyHub dashboard and the option to view/download/print your enrollment history.
For Alumni & Current SD Board of Regents Employees
Enrollment and Degree verifications can also be accessed through MyHub at no charge.
To create an account and log in go to MyHub.Org
Select Create Account (upper right corner)
Select the Sign in with Google or LinkedIn Option (DO NOT ENTER DSU In the College Name box - this is for current students only)
Follow the steps to set up multi-factor authentication
Complete the demographic prompts
Once you have access you should be able to see the MyHub dashboard and the options to view/download/print your enrollment or degree history.
