Controlling the Room Camera

1. Press the camera icon tab at the bottom of the screen to show the camera control. Some rooms will show a video preview of the camera (it is normal for it to be choppy in the preview.) Others will just show arrows to control the camera. Use Zoom or other software to see the camera on your laptop.

Rooms without a touch panel can use the remote control to move the camera and recall presets.

Position Camera: Use the arrow keys on the bottom of the remote to move the camera

Zoom: The Zoom controls on the right allow you to zoom in (+) or zoom out (-)

Recall Preset: Numbers 0-9 on the remote can recall presets.Preset 1 will point to the instructor station and preset 2 will point at the whiteboard. 

If the remote is not controlling the camera try the following:

• Be sure your computer is connected with the USB cable.
• Press the "1" under camera select at the top of the remote to be sure  the camera 1 has been selected.
• Press the power button at the top of the remote to be sure it is powered on. When the camera is powered on it will spin and move up and down while booting. Once it stops moving it will be able to be controlled.
