Need something that ITS provides? Ask for it through our service catalog. Information gets routed automatically to the team that can help you. Here are shortcuts if you have an IT-related problem or question.
 
A ticket is automatically created when you email help@dsu.edu. These tickets are constantly monitored and addressed during business hours.
 
Student technicians are available for walk-up inquiries during service center hours at Karl E. Mundt Library – 1st Floor.
 
Student technicians answer your call to 605-256-5675 (Support Desk) when made during service center hours. This is the preferred method of submission for any high priority incident.
 
DSU ITS Support Services utilizes the Bomgar product to provide remote assistance for those who need help configuring & troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Connect anytime during service center hours and after hour appointments can be made by sending a request to help@dsu.edu with dates & times.
