Reactivating Duo on a New Phone

  • I replaced my phone and I need to use Duo

  • I had to reload my phone OS

 

Available To

  • DSU Students, DSU Faculty, DSU Staff

 

Resolution
  1. Any Dakota State University student/staff/faculty who needs to reactivate their Duo multi-factor authentication will need to either request the service or call the support desk, 605-256-5675.  ITS staff will verify personal information and an Duo reset link will be sent to the student's non-DSU alternative email address.

  2. Within the email that was received, tap the Duo link to reactivate your Duo multi-factor authentication.
