Reactivating Duo on a New Phone

Any Dakota State University student/staff/faculty who needs to reactivate their Duo multi-factor authentication will need to either request the service or call the support desk, 605-256-5675.  ITS staff will verify personal information and an Duo reset link will be sent to the student's non-DSU alternative email address.

Within the email that was received, tap the Duo link to reactivate your Duo multi-factor authentication.
