Duo: Useful Settings

• How do I setup the Duo two-step "remember me" feature in my web browser?

This article will show you how to make Duo MFA easier to interact with by configuring certain settings.

Duo has the option to only prompt you once every 30 days on devices you select. It is recommended by Duo to enable this feature.

1. Log on to a site or app that has Duo MFA enabled
   • You can find a list of sites and apps at Duo: About MFA at DSU
2. When the Duo MFA prompt appears, check “Remember me for 30 days”
3. Select “Send Me a Push” or “Enter a Passcode” to finish authenticating

Note: You will only be prompted once every 30 days on the device and browser you enabled this setting on. If you use a different device or browser, you will be prompted by Duo to authenticate.
