Accessing Checklists

Why should I use checklists?

Using checklists in D2L can significantly enhance student learning by providing a structured, itemized guide to course tasks and deadlines. Faculty can use checklists to organize weekly activities, assignments, and key milestones, giving students a clear overview of what’s expected and when. This tool boosts accountability and motivation as students mark off completed items, creating a visual sense of progress that reinforces their commitment to the course. Checklists also help reduce confusion, especially in complex or fast-paced courses, and support students with organizational challenges by simplifying course navigation and promoting independent learning.
