Graduate Special Topics or Teach Camp Courses -  Instructions for Participants

Overview:

The information below is for participants who have registered and completed a graduate-level special topics, teach camp, or special rate course with DSU for college credit. It will provide information on how to view final grades, view academic history (unofficial transcript), submit a legal name change, and request an official transcript.

If you took the special topics course(s) for CEU credit, you will need to contact the instructor of the course or the college department administrative support staff to receive your certificate.

Before You Begin:

Participants who have an active university account with DSU or any SDBOR university, can go to Step 1 to view their unofficial transcript in the Self-Service system.

  • If you have a DSU account and do not remember the password, please complete the Password or DUO Reset form to request a verification code.

  • If you are unsure if you have a SDBOR university account, please submit a request to DSU’s Support Desk and they can assist you with this information.

  • If you do not have an active DSU or SDBOR account, you will receive a Welcome email, and you must set up the account before the course ends.

Note: All SDBOR student accounts are required to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (DUO) - you can find instructions on how to download and install DUO here.
