In the event that your card is lost or stolen, you need to immediately notify the Card Services or you can log into your account on the online Accounts service to deactivate your card on your own. Doing this will prevent anyone that finds it from purchasing items from vending machines, copy machines, and laundry.
Report a lost, stolen or found misplaced card
Complete this form to notify Card Services staff of your lost/stolen/found Trojan Silver card and the status of your card deactivation/reactivation. You can also request assistance from Cards Services staff with this process if you are unable to do so.
