Start a DSUHelp Remote Session with Support Desk Technician


Introduction:


DSU Support Desk utilizes Bomgar Remote Assistance for a secure remote connection to our support technicians.
 

How to Use DSUHelp site:


Click the Start a Remote Session button to the right.

Choose a Representative from the list of available technicians OR use the Issue Submission drop downs to start a session and click Submit.

OR

Use the Issue Submission Box and complete the form.  Click Submit to start.

When prompted, choose to Save and then Run file.  If not prompted, click the "Click here to begin the download" from support page.

Once the DSUHelp Chat box arrives on your screen, click the Allow button to connect to support technician.

Note:  the file that is run at the start of the session is automatically deleted when session is ended.
