If you would like you use Jupyter Notebook you will want to select Jupyter Notebook from the Interactive Apps menu on the top bar
You will now be asked to select a few options for your Jupyter session
- Number of Hours (how long do you want your session to run for)
- Please be conscious of other users when selecting this number as you will be consuming GPU resources for the entered time.
- Data you create during your session will be persistent to future sessions.
- Select the type of GPU you would like assigned to your session.
- If you just need a GPU and don't care about the model you may select any.
- If you don't need a GPU and just want CPU you can select none.
Once you have made those selections hit Launch.
The Jupyter session may take a few seconds to start up. Once you see the green bar with the status "Running" you will see a Connect to Jupyer button clicking that will open a new browser tab with your Jupyter notebook
Select new and depending on the tool set you require choose the appropriate Notebook type (this can be changed later if needed) Additionally if there is a tool set you would like to see available please let us know so we can explore adding it.
