If third-party tools and/or content are utilized by the course, clear instructions are provided to students on how they will receive support for these tools.

- Because third party tools take students out of Desire2Learn, campus support services are likely to be unable to provide assistance to students. For this reason, clear instructions must be provided to guide student to third-party support resources.
