Adding Emails to Junk Folder:
Manual Method:
- Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to your Inbox.
- Select the email(s) you want to mark as spam by clicking on the checkbox next to them.
- Right-click on the selected email(s) and choose "Junk" from the context menu.
- In the submenu, select "Block Sender" to move the selected email(s) to the Junk Email folder and block the sender's address.
- Outlook will automatically move the selected email(s) to the Junk Email folder and adjust its spam filters accordingly.
Automated Method:
- Outlook provides built-in tools to automatically filter and move suspected spam emails to the Junk Email folder.
- Go to the "Home" tab and click on "Junk" in the Delete group.
