D2L's Classlist doesn't just serve as a roster; it is a gateway to personalized communication. The feature enables educators to send individual emails to a student or broadcast messages to the entire class, fostering an environment of direct and efficient communication. These functionalities are crucial for providing tailored support and enhancing the overall educational experience in a digital setting.

 

Step 1

From Course Admin or your NavBar - under Resources, select Classlist.

 

Step 2

If you do not see all of your students, use the number per page dropdown menu.

 

Step 3

Select the checkbox below "Email" to select All Users.

 

Step 4

Click Email for a 'Compose New Message' window to open up. Then create and send your email in the open window.
