Overview
This is an issue where the GoTrojans or Eduroam are set up as WPA3-Enterprise networks instead of WPA2-Enterprise.
Environment
Resolution
- Click on the network symbol on the system tray

- Click the right facing arrow icons.

- Click More Wi-Fi settings

- The Settings panel will open, select Manage known networks.

- Click GoTrojans or Eduroam from the list, do not click Forget, just click somewhere on the bar or optionally on the right facing arrow.

- A significant amount of information should show up. Look for a row called Security type:, this should say WPA2-Enterprise. If it says WPA3-Enteprise, follow the next steps on changing it to WPA2-Enterprise.

- At the bottom of this same page, under Advanced Wi-Fi network properties select Edit.

- Click the Security tab and then on the dropdown for Security Type: select WPA2-Enterprise and then click OK

You should now be able to connect to all Wi-Fi available on campus.
