All certified Microsoft Teams VoIP headsets & devices must be purchased through your department. A Jabra Evolve 20 headset will be provided from DSU.

Overview:

Microsoft provides a list of certified audio and video devices for Microsoft Teams. Any devices that are not certified from Microsoft may not work properly with Microsoft Teams.

DSU provides a Jabra Evolve 20 Headset for faculty and staff members for VoIP use. If a new device would like to be requested, please make a department purchase request for a certified Microsoft Teams headset.
